2007 Chicago Celtic Fest, Sept 13 - 16, 2007

Twenty-four members of the Choir embarked at 12:00 PM on Sept 13, 2007 to Chicago to partake in the Chicago Celtic Festival.   This group were to provide backing for Jon Langford, as friend of the Choir' president Julian Murray.   The group perform at three venue with Jon Langford.  On Sept 14, 2007 at the Hideout Tavern, Sept 15, 2007 at the Petrillo Music Shell in Grant Park as part of the Celtic Fest and Sept 16, 2007 at Martyrs Restaurant and Pub.  The group was also in the studio recording the backing with Jon for possible future release.  Below is links to slideshows of photos and videos taken by Choir members during the trip.  Note: Videos open a new window

On Sept 17, 2008 during the Choir' tour of the US, 26 chorister performed with Jon Langford at the Knitting Factory in New York City.   Back home that same evening Bravo Television broadcasted The Berkley Session episode featuring Jon Langford and the Choir.
