2007 Chicago Celtic Fest, Sept 13 - 16, 2007

Twenty-four members of the Chorus embarked at 12:00 PM on Sept 13, 2007 to Chicago to partake in the Chicago Celtic Festival.
This group were to provide backing for Jon Langford, as friend of the Chorus' president Julian Murray. The group
perform at three venue with Jon Langford. On Sept 14, 2007 at the Hideout Tavern, Sept 15, 2007 at the Petrillo Music
Shell in Grant Park as part of the Celtic Fest and Sept 16, 2007 at Martyrs Restaurant and Pub. The group was also in
the studio recording the backing with Jon for possible future release. Below is links to slideshows of photos

Horseshoe Tavern's 60th Anniversary Celebration, Dec 7, 2007
On Dec 7, 2007 several members of the Chorus hooked up with Jon Langford again to perform at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto as part of their 60th Anniversary

Knitting Factory, New York City,
Sept 17, 2008
On Sept 17, 2008 during the Chorus' tour of the US, 26 chorister performed with Jon Langford at the Knitting Factory in New York City. Back
home that same evening Bravo Television broadcasted The Berkley Session episode featuring Jon Langford and the Chorus.
Hardly
Strictly Bluegrass 8, San Francisco, California
Oct 3 - 5, 2008
Thirty member of the Chorus were invited to join Jon Langford in performing at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival held in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. The group flew from Toronto early in the morning on Oct 3.
That evening with performed with Jon at the Swedish-American Hall. Several member took in Jon's performance with the Waco Brothers on Saturday at the Festival. It was the group's turn to perform as the opened the days event
on the Rooster stage at 11:00am. Later that afternoon, the guys with Jon and festival sponsor, Warren Hellman, backed up Elvis Costello. The group then took the red-eye flight home via Chicago.
