It is with great sadness that we note the sudden passing of chorister Cye Beechey after his battle with Cancer on Sep 19, 2017. We would like to offer our deepest condolences to his family from all his friends in the BWMC. Cye was a unique character, a star in fact. He gave everything to whatever he was involved in and it was no different for our Choir. He was a man of many talents and he shared them widely. He was funny, he could sing (in fact we had difficulty stopping him), he was our concert Master of Ceremonies, he was a member of our Executive. He was known by many people and he was a good friend to all. We are devastated by our loss, he is going to be sorely missed. R.I.P. brother. |

It is with great sadness that we note the passing of a dear friend and long time fellow chorister Bob Buckberrough. “Buck” was an enthusiastic member and ambassador of the choir and was liked by all. He was appreciated for his friendship, his rather different sense of humour and of course his good, solid bass voice. He will be sorely missed. He has been sick for quite a while but his suffering is now over and we would like to offer our deepest condolences to his family from all his friends in the BWMC. Another good one gone too soon. |
